The room rate is reasonably priced including a nice breakfast. The pool is really wonderful and gives you plenty of time to chill out. The reservation manager, Sokravy PROM, is very helpful and responsible for other arrangements and services. He is definitely a plus and really enjoy staying here and I'm even thinking to bring my mom back here for another holidays. Overall the stay had been pleasant. The room size was spacious (for a twin room) and I like the simple decor in the room, probably because the conditions of most of the stuff look new. The staff was very helpful and most of them speaks good English. The breakfast included was good, with good variety and quality. And the hotel also has a big swimming pool. The only downsides were: - limited bathroom amenities available in the bathroom, e.g. toilet paper, shower gel and shampoo (a tiny bottle to be shared by two persons), and no replenishment sometimes (had to call to reception to ask for delivery) - The bed was not very comfortable, and there was some stains on the bedsheets/quilt cover.the rooms were beautiful but everything else was overpriced. Half the staff was great and the other clueless. Also you have to pay a $30. U.S. Fee if you want to bring a guest inI was very comfortable. Food services/breakfast spread was not 5 star, bathtub is a must for a cool soak after the templesThis was my first visit to Siem Reap and also my first stay at this Hotel. Initially, i had my reservations if the hotel can meet my requirements. But , i am glad to say that they have exceeded my expectations. Staff can speak english and are knowledgeable enough to assist me when necessary. keep up with the good work and maintain the standard and expectation. Thanks
